Shanghai, China (December, 2009) – Tripod Capital recently announced the final closing of
Tripod Capital China Fund II, L.P. The fund closed on $262.6 million with strong support from
global institutional investors based in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Among
these institutions are leading government development agencies, fund-of-funds, advisors/
gatekeepers and family offices.
