Louis Braille was a French pedagogue who created the Braille system, a tactile reading and writing system for visually impaired individuals. Developed in 1825, this system significantly improved access to education and culture for blind people. Braille's work also contributed to musical notation and included the establishment of a national institute for the education of young blind people.

Braille began to emphasize first as a student and then as a teacher also
devising its system of reading and writing now known as "sistema braille".

information.

In those buildings hundreds of young students with visual disabilities, as
well as service personnel.
Had to live and work in a house in which there was a chapel, a library, a
print shop, classrooms for the kinds of instrument and a room for public
exercises.
