1. Strengths
My script is mostly in chronological order, with only one
flashback this means it’s not likely to confuse the actors.
Apart from two scenes, the majority of the script only
contains two characters, meaning that there will be little
confusion over what is happening.
Weaknesses
The nature of the film may be confusing as the actors are
technically playing benches rather than actual characters.
I also struggled with how much to write between waffling
with unnecessary details and over simplifying what I was
writing.
Opportunities
Being the same age as the characters I am portraying means
that I can accurately portray them, basing their movements
and speech off of people I associate with.
I am also able to work closely with my actors to incorporate
their particular speech patterns into the script.
Threats
Because this is my first attempt at scriptwriting, I had to go
through a lot of trial and error before being able to gain
correct formatting.
I also had difficulty writing sufficient amounts for a 5 minute
film due to my inexperience.
