2. Abstract
Analyzes the causes of academic stress in university
students.
Interprets the level of stress that students are having
and tries to give a complete solution to the problem.
Shows the possible causes and effects that this kind
of stress is causing directly in the academic life

What is stress?
What is academic stress?
Which are the causes of the generation of academic stress in
university students?
How is it possible to detect the academic stress in university
students?
How can the academic stress be prevented in university
students?
5. Justification
All those students who have or are experiencing this
problem can identify themselves, and know that if
that is a psychological problem of themselves.
They can be conscious of how this problem can be
addressed.
The purpose of this research is to inform, knowing how
to identify, assist and learn how to prevent this disease.
6. Investigation Design
Is based in an explicative study, this would try
to find the reasons that causes this
phenomena; the objective of this, is to explain
why occur or in what conditions it is presented
the academic stress in the university students.

7. Using an applied survey will try to explain the previous
problematic. That would try to prove our hypothesis, find the
reasons why it is happening and the ways to channel the
problem. The survey will be applied by the authors of this
research.
This will be applied to fifty students of the University
Autonomous of Baja California in order to find all the answers to
the questions made.
10. In our investigation, we did a survey among students
of the UABC. Basically, all data has been captured and put
into graphics to analyze and simply understand all results.

13. Conclusion
The problem of academic stress can be resolved. It
will, however, take time and a lot of effort from students. It is good to
remember that stress is not always a problematic or bad thing. It can
also be the impulse that students need to give the 120%, the motor
for them to finish any task.
Organize time, have a healthy and balanced diet, and doing
exercise are some of the ways that students can go against
academic stress.
