SWOT analysis for our social media Weaknesses Lack of communication with people on facebook. We only build a public page on facebook.
SWOT analysis for our social media Opportunities Our page on facebook got 59 Check-ins and 2 like clicks from people. It’s a good start. Our competitors (Life cafe, Boba cafe) don’t have any social media strategies.
SWOT analysis for our social media Threats Most of our customers are international students who will stay in Riverside for a short time. We have few old customers. Thus, we have to continually appeal our new customers to join in our social media group.

How to improve We need a new business profile picture Upload some alluring pictures of our food
How to improve Decorate our wall. At least change the status regularly. Once we receive the message from our friends. Reply it as soon as possible.

Most important Share everything with people. Just like a person. Chat with friends. Just like a person.
