What is OTS?
OTS has two (2) parts:
1) server side— a second copy of the scada system, and
2) standard QEI user interface (WorldView) connected to a scada
system.
No additional hardware is required to run OTS.
OTS can be run on the primary scada server, or on the back-up scada
server.
Worldview is required to use OTS.
