The following is a letter of recommendation for Michelle Stussi. I am an orthopedic hand
surgeon with Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists. I worked closely with Michelle for
seven years. She was a medical assistant in my busy hand practice. We typically see
35 to 40 patients a day, 3 times a week. Michelle did a fabulous job managing my
practice and taking care of my patients. She is meticulous and attends to every detail.
She is patient and kind, even with difficult patients and my patients universally love her.
She always focuses on what is best for the patient and will make the extra effort to
achieve that. She is a very hard worker and showed up early, stayed late and had very
few absences.
