3. History OF civil Hospital
Hyderabad
 The Liaquat University Hospital is a 1450-bed tertiary care
hospital in Pakistan. It is one of the largest teaching
hospitals affiliated with Liaquat University of Medical and
Health Sciences, the first medical university of the public
sector in Pakistan. The hospital serves Sindh and the
neighboring province of Balochistan.
 The Liaquat University Hospital started functioning as Civil
Hospital Hyderabad, affiliated with the Bombay Faculty of
Medicine, in 1881. It is now affiliated with the Liaquat
University of Medical and Health Sciences
 Initially established in 1881 to provide basic health
facilities, the hospital has 1450 beds across various
departments.

7. Worked as a Voluntarily.
 When I went to civil hospital I got ill because of few
patients that I saw there, I got nervous and thought how I
will work here.
 Suddenly a old man came to me and ask me about O.P.D
ward NO:6 and I was just standing at O.P.D gate and took
him and searched ward no:6 and drop that old man at
there.
 Then I say to myself that I have to do it, I can do that.
 And then I went to that person who entered me at there as
voluntarily, who helped me there and told me what I have
to do here and how I can help to those patients who are
needy.I started to help the needy persons specially old

man and ladies who where alone there and wasn’t able to
find wards or medicine ,even they were don’t know where
they have to go so I just starting to ask them that where
they want to go what they are finding.

10.  My first patient was ALI HYDER I help him to remove the
plaster from his leg and he was really happy that students

11.  were there for their helps and he appreciated me that I’m
doing social work and its really good and he gave me pray
and I was feeling good that time. the whole day I was there
to help other needy people in that way.
 SECOND DAY
 My helper took me in Kids Medicine Department.
 I help to kids who were crying and were not allow to touch
them because of injury, pain so I was trying to make them
cool and taking them when doctor were injecting injections.
And then I went to the pharmacy and were serving
medicine to the patients and I spend my half day at there.
 That’s all that I done second day.
