She
has
over
eighteen
years
experience
in
higher
educaCon,

resources

non
profit
management.
She
is
a
published
author,
public
speaker
and
entrepreneur.
Leah
started
a
non
profit
organizaCon
that
has
been
in
existence
for
seventeen
years
serving
the
populaCons
in
need
in
Westchester
County
and
the
Northern
Bronx,
NY.
She
also
launched
and
was
the
Founding
ExecuCve
Director
for
the
first
New
Jersey
urban
squash,
aOerschool
program
in
Newark.
Leah
travels
worldwide
speaking
to
various
companies
and
organizaCons,
providing
seminars,
workshops
and
trainings
in
a
variety
of
topics
from
“Company
Culture”
to
“StarCng
A
Non
Profit”.
She
facilitates
mobile
youth
programs
in
sundry
youth
organizaCons.
Pulling
on
her
twelve
years
experience
in
youth
development

aOerschool
educaCon
for
11-‐18
year
olds,
she
collaborates

other
organizaCons
to
provide
their

with
consistent,
