The Talent Match Mark recognizes employers that support young people's career development. It involves opportunities like work experience, apprenticeships, and mentorship. Employers can earn bronze, silver, or gold levels by providing these opportunities. Earning the mark connects employers to a network of youth employment organizations and celebrates their community impact. The application process involves completing a form and an assessment of employment policies and procedures.
