We believe in the power of personal drive, especially when combined with effective mentorship.
We’re looking for a select group of college graduates who will earn a spot in the Schwab Financial Consultant Academy.
This rotational program in our Client Service and Support Group prepares individuals for a consultative role in one of our branches.
The rotational program will take place over 18 to 24 months and be based at one of our major service centers.
Through the Schwab Financial Consultant Academy, you can:
• Earn credentials by studying and sitting for brokerage licensing exams.
• Experience the securities industry firsthand as part of a service center team.
• Learn how to provide world-class service to clients over the phone while gaining market expertise in preparation for
building individual client relationships.
• Develop consultative skills through a needs-based process to provide helpful and relevant solutions to clients.
• Receive help from a hands-on manager and mentor/coach who will assist with navigation through the academy and your transition to
a role at a Schwab branch.
Candidates for the program will be screened through an assessment
and interview process. Successful academy graduates will be offered
a position at a Schwab branch and may be required to relocate.
