Job title: Employed/self-employed Financial Adviser
Location: Gerrards Cross, Bucks, or Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: Salary £30,000-£35,000pa depending on experience, OTE £75,000+.
Uncapped earnings potential.
The role: As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced,
enthusiastic and driven IFA to complement our existing team.
This position is for an adviser wishing to build on their existing clients and introducers
within a professional and forward thinking firm. It would also suit an adviser who is
confident in their ability to create new opportunities to assist with the firm's future
development plans.
Skills required:
• Experience in attracting and maintaining relationships with high net worth
individuals
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Pensions (particularly Auto-Enrolment)
• Mortgage experience desired but not essential
• Excellent networking skills with professional introducers
• Proven track record
• Enthusiasm, drive, determination and self-motivation to secure new business
• A high level of confidence, presentation and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
• Level 4 Diploma
• Working towards chartered status
• Competent Adviser Status
