This document ia a collection of the most prominent harassers,
stalkers, delators and networks of trolls that have imposed a reign
of intimidation and fear in Lithuania. Is a work in progress and will
be updated regularly with new information about this shameful
episode of Lithuanian history.

LTmonitor@yahoo.com) /////The real face and colours of Lithuanian "patriots". This document is a
work in progress and will be weekly updated. It will collect the most prominent Lithuanian harassers,
stalkers delators and trolls. The ugly faces of ugly people that have created several networks of
harassers, stalkers, informants and trolls specialized in "hunting" Lithuanian citizens that think that the
Ukrainian maidan was a coup and that are against the current Lithuanian political leadership. The ugly
faces of Lithuania are specialists in sending messages to the employers of those Lithuanian citizens
that express their opinion against the maidan or that are against NATO. Lithuanian citizens fear them
because they don´t want to be included in their black "lists" of "vatniks", "koloradas" and "kolaborantas".
Lists that are circulating in the Lithuanian networks of harassers and trolls. Some of them in the payroll
of the VSD ( Lithuanian State Security Department). Those guys are the "Ugly Face of Lithuania". And
they constitute a book project as well. We are doing like them. Taking information, analyzing where they
are working, what they are doing. Collecting information about them. We will publish a small book and
we will create a site with their names, surnames and their curriculum vitae. People abroad has the right
to know what is happening in this small baltic country. Our objective is that the citizens of Lithuania stop
fearing them. They are nothing. They are just clowns, ugly men and women without principles, ethics
and that should not be even allowed to travel out of this country. Some of them should be actually
taking medication in some psiyhiatric institutiton. They don´t share the same set of values than the
citizens in the "west". They are totalitarian and sociophatic minded people that don´t respect basic
democratic principles. They don't respect others opinions or points of view. Totalitarianism is not an
ideology but a behaviour. And "the ugly faces of Lithuania" are the same kind of people that sent the
Lithuanian citizens to the gulag, or the same kind of people that sent 50.000 Lithuanian jews to the
extermination camps, or the same kind of people that hunted communists or nazis or jews or anyone
who opposed who had the power at any time. Such people have always worked with anyone with
power. They were fascists when the fascists ruled in Lithuania. They were communists when the
communists ruled here. They were patriots when the patriots ruled. They were pro-European when the
pro-European ruled. But always with their totalitarian attitude and mind-set. Creating lists of "enemies"

Justinas Freitakas, born in Rokiskis (a Lithuanian village). He works
as a security guard in Securitas. He collects information about
Lithuanian citizens opposed to the Ukrainian maidan or anti NATO
activists and later he distributes this information among several pro
hate speech networks. He is contacting even the employers, sending
them message to sack their employees just because they think
different than the President of Lithuania. His face tells what kind of
person he is. Dangerous political harasser and stalker

Jonas Cicenas. A radical supporter of the maidan coup. He is one of
the most active harassers and stalkers on facebook. He collects
information about the Lithuanian citizens that are against Petro
Poroshenko or criticizing EU or NATO. And later he contacts their
employers. According to his profile he is working in the Swiss Institute
of Bioinfirmatics. An institution that should be contacted since this man
is a dangerous stalker. Is from Klaipeda and it looks that he is

Madam Rita Makselyte. She is an active harasser and stalker and
involved in different pro-hate speech groups. She is contcting the
employers of the Lithuanian citizens that don't share her point of view
on foreign affairs or her narrative about the Ukrainian maidan coup.
She tries the employers sack them by bullying and harassing
employees and employers. Dangerous stalker.

Mr. Ricardas Savukynas a.k.a Hannibal Lecter. One of the ugliest
faces in Lithuania. Ugly and freak. He created one of the most
aggressive networks of harassers and hooligans on faceboook.
Hunting people that don't support NATO or dislike the Ukrainian
maidan regime. He is specialist in contacting employers asking them to
sack the Lithuanian citizens that post their opinion on facebook or other
social media against Petro Poroshenko or NATO. His group "Jorkšyrų
elfai" is a gathering of the ugliest faces of Lithuania. A group of freaks,
trolls and mentally unbalanced people that should be studied by

Mr. Vytenis Petrusevicius. He defines himself as a "enterpreneur". He
is living in Kaunas. He is very active in several Lithuanian facebook
groups of harassers and aggressive pro-maidan trolls. He shows his
patriotism using the US flag. Very pro-European buddy. #Ltuglyface

The list of Sigitas Martinavicius . After two years of "maidan" Lithuania has
morphed into a highly authoritarian state. The local controlled media are publishing
and broadcasting childish propaganda demonizing the Donbass rebels (they call
them "terrorists" when no country in the world except Kiev included them in the list of
terrorist groups). The President of the country, D. Grybauskaite reintroduced the
military compulsory service and is spending huge chunk of the public budget in
buying old-fashioned second hand tanks and weaponery to the USA. The main
victims of the maidan in Lithuania have been the Lithuanian citizens that have to
endure a degradation in the living standards and a reduction of their freedoms and
civil rights. The Lithuanian state created a special prosecutor focused on "fighting
Russian propaganda". This prosecutor has conducted special operations targeting
those Lithuanian citizens that were posting on facebook and other social media and

using their constitutional right to express their opinions and points of view regarding
to the Ukrainian conflict and Lithuanian foreign policy. There is a institutionalized
network of NKVD style pro-government informants, delators and harassers that are
creating "black lists" of "pro-Kremlin agents" (like the one attached to this post).
They coordinate their actions in several russophobic and pro-hatred speech
facebook groups and are sending messages to the companies and institutions
where the alleged "koloradas" "vatniks" and "agents" of Putin are employed. They
even are calling the employers to kick out those employees that are posting
information or their opinions on facebook or other social media. Some educators
(teachers, lecturers and professors) have been threatened and some of them even
were "removed" from their jobs as a consequence of the campaign initiated by the
members of this Lithuanian NKVD style network of delators and harassers. The
campaign of harassment against citizens and political dissenters is encouraged by
the Lithuanian government through a permanent propaganda campaign promoted by
the government media. Opponents to the Ukrainian maidan and against the
Poroshenko regime and those who denounce the atrocities committed by the
battalions of Ukrainian ultranationalists are criminalized by the local media and the
social networks controlled or sponsored by the government. This situation should be
publicly denounced to EU institutions and international media since goes against the
EU legislation that protects the right of the citizens to express their opinion on
foreign and domestic affairs. This kind of behaviour is more typical of a totalitarian
society than of a democratic country that claims to be free, open, tolerant and fully

The most important Lithuanian network of “NKVD mentality” harassers, delators and
informers is the "Tracking red teddy bear footsteps" facebook page that can be
found in this link. Many Lithuanian citizens are scared of this institutionalized NKVD
style network of informants and harassers since they don't want to lose their

DOVYDAS SKAROLSKIS, member of the Young Conservative League. An
organization linked to TS-LKD, member of the right wing anti-European Popular Party.
One of their leaders is the highly corrupted "patriarch" of Lithuania the jew zionist
Vytautas Landsbergis, who was a soviet apparatchik transformed into "leader of the
independence" (a CIA asset) and who was involved in the (US orchestrated) anti-
constitutional coup against the President Rolandas Paksas. Dovydas Skarolskis from
Vilnius (he has a Polish surname) is a radical russophobic person. He considers himself
very "European" but he participates actively in several pro-hate speech groups that are
harassing political opponents (not very European behaviour) . He is an harasser, a troll
and a stalker in his spare time. A person that does not respect others opinions. He is
studying in Vilnius University. This explains his nerdy looking and his lack of education.
He loves Obama and Donald Duck and hates the people that don't love Unites States. He
aspires to put some stamps in the post office or in some local municipality since he is part

We analyze a new "Ugly Face of Lithuania" Mr. Valius Staugaitis. We
include here his real picture. Is his real face. Not a bad joke. He is an active
harasser and stalker. He participates in several pro-hate speech groups
gathering information about Lithuanian citizens that are against the Ukrainian
maidan or against the foreign policies promoted by the President of Lithuania.
He is member of a paramilitar organization that promotes militarism and
radical ideas. He loves Germany and nazi paraphernalia. 200 kilos of hatred,
bigotry and intolerance. He does not respect others opinion on foreign affairs

balloons. But he has a dark side. When she is in front of the computer at nights instead of
watching X-Hamster and other spicy channels like her husband she prefers trolling,
harassing and sending messages to the Lithuanian Security Services like she was doing in
times of Soviet Union. She has a very totalitarian way of thinking and don't respect others

JULIUS STRUMKIS, a.k.a "Zydrukas" born in the Lithuanian village of Pandelys (a
real jerk). He participates in several Lithuanian pro-hate speech facebook groups.
Although he married recently he has time at nights to spend some minutes not with his
woman but hunting Lithuanian citizens that think different than him. He is good in
posting crappy pro-NATO propaganda and sending messages to Lithuanian Security
Services. He would like that all the Lithuanian citizens that don't agree with
Grybauskaite foreign policy should be send to Siberia. Stalinist person. Ugly man. Anti-
European mind-set. He should lose his right to travel to any European country to clean
toilets or to work in Tesco since he does not behave as an European but as an ugly old
