our team. He is honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, he is an impressive collaborator
who is always seeking to build positive relationships with his fellow team members.
His knowledge of departmental policies and procedures and his expertise in decision-making were a huge
advantage to our entire team of Resident Advisors. He was able to demonstrate leadership at work and mentor
younger Resident Advisors who were new to the role and unsure of how to handle the responsibilities of the
position such as: responding to crisis situations on campus, organizing campus functions, and building
community among over 60 residents each semester.
Along with his remarkable talent, Kyle has been an absolute joy to work with. He is a true team player and
always manages to foster positive relationships with other Resident Advisors. For his dedication to the position,
Kyle was awarded the Resident Advisor of the Year in 2013-2014, as voted by his peers. Kyle truly embodies
the type of student employee we value in Housing and Residence Life at UNC Charlotte.
