1. Cedi Frederick has had a successful career as a Chief Executive, with over 30 years experience
leading several housing and social care organisations. At Adepta, he led the growth of the
organisation, increasing annual turnover from £2m pa to £27m pa over 12 years. With Avante
Partnership, Cedi led 2,000 members of staff in supporting over 3,000 people a year and
delivered 28% growth over five years, increasing their income to in excess of £31m pa.
Cedi has also had a successful career as an international basketball player and coach. As a
player, he won a National Championship and played for the England Men’s team;
achievements which are testament to his natural drive and determination. As a coach, he
developed and led teams to National Conference, Cup and Championship success ; feats
that can be directly attributed to Cedi’s leadership.
