Enhancement work for the Asset Development Support team. Provide smoother transition, faster
response time to clients for each support ticket in BMC Remedy.

Remediate an entire 20 year-old application to the cloud. This includes new webpage, new logic, and new
database connection. Develop the new software as well as perform QA/testing for it.
- HP Record Manager – Software upgrade, Quality Assurance
Remediate and test existing applications to ensure perfect functionality on the new HP Record Manager
tool for Yum Record team.
- MyWorkBench retirement – Software upgrade, Administrative work
