We are an Australian owned business providing specialist lifting, rigging and safety solutions to clients in the Mining, Civil,
Construction and Rail Industries as well as Government sectors. Founded in 1998 and family owned, our team of experienced
industry specialists deliver technical understanding, innovative thinking and a passion to help our clients succeed.

Our mobile testing services, including our new large testing truck ensures that the
majority of your lifting equipment can be tested on site. Not only does this save
time on transportation costs and downtime, it provides reassurance to your team
who have peace of mind knowing that all their gear is still on site.
Repair before replace (when safe) policy
When your gear doesn’t pass inspection, we will advise you whether it is cheaper
to replace or repair. Where ever possible, and safe, our inspectors will repair your
equipment and issue your with a Certificate of Repair - we’re the only lifting
company in Australia to issue these certificates.
24/7 online asset register - e-Testinspect
Our e-Testinspect system enables registers to be updated immediately on-site and
accessed 24/7. A live and updated register also eliminates over spending on assets
already in service.
RFID
Radio Frequency Identification tags to increase efficiency with on-site inspections
and reduce costs with faster inspection times.
Smarter Inspection scheduling + resourcing
Our team will endevaour to schedule your inspections to accommodate production
schedules and asset availability. We will also ensure inspections are resourced
appropriately to save you time and money.
New equipment arrives ready to be put to work
Any new lifting equipment purchased from Ranger will arrive on site already colour
coded, tested and updated in your online register.

ON SITE TESTING + INSPECTIONS
Our NATA accredited fleet of vans, trucks and test
beds are fully equipped to test a broad range of lifting,
rigging and height safety equipment to minimise
disruption to your site.
Our vehicles also stock a range of products to keep
you operational.

MOBILE TESTING TRUCK
To meet the demands of our clients across NSW, we
have invested in the production of a large mobile
testing truck giving us the opportunity to bring our
workshop to sites all across NSW.
We understand the removal of items from site can be
frustrating for staff and delay work. Our testing truck
gives us the flexibility to be where you want us to be,
when you need us so that nothing needs to leave site!

ACCREDITATION + TRAINING
Ranger were the first lifting house in Australia to be awarded full membership of LEEA, a global trade
association for the lifting equipment industry with over 900 member companies in 46 countries. LEEA
provides world recognised, independently assessed qualifications written to Australian regulations and
standards. Our General Manager, Ashley Thacker, was the first Australian, and youngest ever member
appointed to the LEEA International Board.
Ranger Industrial is NATA accredited to Inspection ISO/IEC 17020:2012. NATA is the authority that provides
independent assurance of technical competence through a proven network of best practice industry
experts for customers who require confidence in the delivery of their products and services. Ranger passed
NATA accreditation with flying colours on our first assessment. All Ranger Inspectors have LEEA TEAM cards
and have passed LEEA Diploma Courses.
4. E-TEST INSPECT
eTestinspect is total peace of mind for the management,
operational efficiency and traceability of all your height
safety and lifting equipment.
Commissioned by Ranger, and specifically designed for the
Australian market, eTestinspect works to Australian
standards and encompasses LEEA (Lifting Equipment
Engineers Association) methodology for best practice.
• Web-based Data Management System for your lifting,
rigging and safety equipment
• Complete Asset Register for easy record keeping and
full traceability of equipment, including ability to store
photos of specialty or condemned items
• Simple to use, sort and export data with helpful
inspection reminders. Reports can also show what
items are missing and not cited
• Best in field and constantly upgraded with new
features
RFID TAGGING
Ranger can provide RFID services to save you time and
money by effortlessly registering, identifying and
managing lifting components on site.
Radio Frequency Identification involves equipment being
tagged with a unique RFID chip which is scanned to
identify the item electronically. The information is then
transferred to our free eTestinspect system. No more
paperwork!

easily scanned regardless of whether they are
covered in dirt, coal and dust

registers when inspected
