Duties and Responsibilities (Cadet Service and Maintenance Engineer)
 Reports directly to the service and maintenance head.
 Implements the QuESH management system through the established procedures and work instructions manuals, QuESH objectives and
plans and other requirements. (Quality, Environment, Safety and Health)
 Prepare purchase request for the section.
 Ensure timely submission of service and maintenance report to head.
 Oversees the work on preventive/corrective, operation and maintenance and installation of parts.
 Ensures that needed tools and equipment are calibrated, properly maintained and available at all times.
 Ensures the service and maintenance routines are accomplished and accompanied by corresponding service reports.
 Report to top management any irregularities regarding equipment operation, service rendered and others.
 Prepare reports, estimates and formal proposals prior to performance of major repairs or installations.
 Submits every first week of the month the monthly billing.
 Monitors activities of all personnel under supervision.
 Monitor the following:
A. Schedule of service activities.
B. Schedule of materials, tools and equipment for service and maintenance.
C. Schedule of manpower.
D. Schedule of costing.
E. Environment, health and safety.
 Prepares summary of client feedbacks on services rendered.
 Performs other related jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
Duties and Responsibilities (Site Engineer)
 Trained in all aspects of Hydro-electric Power Plant Engineering.
 Catch up with training and render the technical services required by the project such as surveying, hydrology, geotech, civil, electrical and
mechanical documentation works including CAD drawing.
 Comply with the deliverables required from COSTECH by the client CPEC.
