 Monitor HSE systems (EMS,OHSASsystems) and advise executive team on system performance.
 Perform HSE internal audits that are compliant with corporate policies, practices and procedures
 Establish and maintain a HSE program for monitoring supplier HSE, including audits ,controls
 Act as a liaison with customers auditors and assume responsibility for ensuring corrective actions with
customer specifications.
 Ensure ongoing compliance with local, national and international standards and legislation.
 Create and maintain QA documentation ( HSEmanuals, Safety Plan ,Emergency Plan, procedures and work
instructions)
 Identify relevant HSE training needs and opportunities.
 Prepare an internal awareness program for the HSE staff to raise their competencies.
 Inspect and test machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety regulations
 Make sure that dangerous materials are correctly stored
 Identify and test work areas for potential accident and health hazards and implement appropriate control
measures
 Help supervise the investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and
recommend remedial action
 Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of the health and safety program
