THE PROBLEM
Lack of engine power and torque is the most
significant problem for small motorcycles, mopeds,
scooters, powered by engines with 50cc-125cc
displacement.
SOLUTION
We propose to improve performance characteristics
of a motorcycle by supplying a working cylinder with
additional compressed air by our in-house air
compressor (supercharger).
COMPETITION
Our closest competitor Ogura Industrial Corp.
sells just the air compressor for $2,000 at the lowest.

Licensee package consists of the IP, design documentation, blueprints plus sales channels (including
gotten pre-orders and pre-payments) to motorcycle OEM. Based on previous talks with OEM
executives, average cost of each package expects at ~$1,500,000.

8. REVENUE
It is supposed to implement in the project two business models – (1) direct supercharger sales to
motorcycle owners and (2) selling licensee packages to motorcycle OEMs.
Nature of the product (supercharger kit or a motorcycle with supercharging option) assumes to use crowd
funding platforms like Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and others in order to get pre-orders and pre-payments for
the product.
Our proposal to the potential investors is
to make money on our fundraising campaign,
not for direct sales of our products on market.
We expect to raise up to $5,000,000 via crowdfunding and crowd investing during months 13-36 of the
project duration.
A special ROI Fund will be set up in the project and certain %% of the money raised during our
fundraising campaign will be transferred to the fund.
A few thousands motorcycle owners as a part of the 100,000+ community of motorcycle owners and
enthusiasts in Southern California will be our crowd funders and crowd investors.

The ROI fund accumulates the %% of the funds raised during the project fundraising campaign
The ROI Fund grows through the following
transactions:
1. 20% of all money raised via crowd funding
platforms as pre-payment for the product
available for sale.
2. 20% of all money raised via crowd investing.
3. 50% of the government grants.
4. 75% of the cost of sold licensee packages.
ROI Fund is supposed to be distributed
among investors only. Engineering team does
not take part in ROI Fund distribution.
ROI fund also allows paying reward for early bird
investors, 20% to 75% per annum before the
project reaches profitability point. First payment
of the rewards is supposed after the 13th month
of the project launching.
