 Assist and participate in coating process prep [condor-sputtering] of
mostly oriented polyester film composed of polyethylene terephthalate
(PET) in Corporate Research Process Lab including disassembling,
blasting shields and assembling the complex coating machine.
 Set up condor chemical mixtures in accordance with engineer requestors
work sheets.
 Familiar with Vacuum equipment and software handling
 Maintain the coating lab in proper order
 Troubleshooting capability of the coating system.

 Introduced to material and film characterization via spectroscopy
methods such as SEM/EDS, TOF, XRF (elemental) and FTRI for organic
active functional groups or Film (wafer) characterization using,
ellipsometer, 4 point probe to define filmthickness and refractive index
(n).
