has extensive experience in contracting with government agencies. As the
company head, Kimberly DeCastro has facilitated positioning Wildflower
International, Ltd. as the primary contractor on government-wide acquisition
contracts, commonly called GWACs.

3. GWACs are a cost-effective way for the government to make purchases.
Through economies of scale, the cost per unit is reduced for government
agencies, allowing them to reduce costs for taxpayers who ultimately pay the
bill.

4. GWACs provide access to a variety of IT solutions, such as systems design,
