Wildflower International President and CEO Kimberly deCastro endeavors to enrich the lives of the people in the Santa Fe, New Mexico, community in which she works. In addition to managing the daily operations of the IT services, software, and hardware Value-Added Reseller, Kimberly deCastro strives to protect the local environment and provides her employees with a strong work-life balance. She currently employs more than 170 people as the leader of the largest female-owned business operating in the state. deCastro founded Wildflower International in 1991, operating out of her own home as the sole employee.
