ROUTE DETAILS & PIT STOPS
ROUTE INFORMATION
Start running from flag off point towards the blue marker.
Take U-turn from blue marker (first blue marker is for half
duathlon second is for full duathlon) and head towards the
cycle stand.
Get you cycle and head on to the red cycling route. Half
duathletes will do one loop while full duathlete will do two
loops of the 20 km cycle route.
