Kevin Haustein was employed as a Contractor Supervisor on the construction of Cenovus FCCL
Phase F and G. During his time here some of his responsibilities included the following;
approving key personnel, logging and monitoring contractor’s activities, approve and monitor
contractor’s environment, health and safety programs, verify the quantity and quality of services
executed as submitted by contractors, receive and approve contractor’s work tickets and
invoices, monitor all aspects of contractor’s planning and scheduling.
I dealt with Kevin daily. He always acted professionally and was a valuable team member. Kevin
join Cenovus half way through phase F. His addition showed an immediate improvement on
scheduling and deficiencies. He is very knowledgeable in workface planning and his mentorship
of his contractors in planning provided great cost savings.
