It is with great pleasure that I have prepared this letter of recommendation for Mr. Kevin D.
Wentworth. As a former engineer in the Transportation Group at CHA Consulting, Inc.
(formerly Coler & Colantonio, Inc.) for over 16 years, I worked closely with Mr. Wentworth for
more than 4 years developing traffic control plans associated with securing State and local
permits for utility infrastructure construction through his work in the Power and Energy Market
Sector.
In what began as an assignment to provide drafting assistance in the development of traffic
control plans, Mr. Wentworth quickly grew into the role where he was responsible for
developing plans for utility work including the necessary work space and traffic control,
preparing access permit applications, and working closely with State and local officials, as well
as clients, to secure numerous access and street opening permits for construction. Mr.
Wentworth's technical competence and attention to detail, granted him the opportunity to
develop traffic control plans for utility work and track multiple permit applications with minimal
guidance.
