PROJECT WORK
BOPP LINE PROJECT:-
 Attending project work of 8.2Meter BOPP Production Plant establishment.
 Erection of 8.2 Meter Bopp Line of Bruckner Machinery by assisting Bruckner’s Engineers.
Specially attending work in PRS unit, material fiddling cylos of bops line. Also work in startup
process
 Leveling and synchronizing of roll with transmission.
 Erection of Ingersoll rand compressors, gas heating furnace for oil heating, vapor absorption system.

2. ATLAS PRIMARY & SECONDORY SLITTER PROJECT:-
 Erection of 8.2 meter Primary slitting machinery of atlas converting machinery. Installation of
machine frame & whole machine structure with help of drawings available
 Installation of pneumatic systems , air brake systems
 Installation of hydraulic systems like hydraulic powerpack & connection of supply hoses to
hydraulic cylinders through solenoid valve , installation of conveyer system for movement of output
rolls
 installation of groove roll & idler roll of machine
 installation of power transmission system like motors , flat belt pulley , magnetic clutches
 installation of trim winding section
 Erection of two secondary 2.2meter slitting machineries
 Successfully running of all slitting machinery with 1200 to 1000 MPM speed
 Achievement – all machinery first output rolls were dispatched.
FONKY WET-LAMINATION LINE PROJECT:-

Job Profile
PRODUCTION
 Supervision in shift & Maintaining plan, manpower and M/c down time.
 Operating 8.2mtr & 4.2mtr primary slitting machinery .
 Maintaining plan accordingly arrange the manpower, machine parameters & materials. Monitoring
the product quality & quantity.
 Sustaining material specification & special requirements of customers. Analysis of customer
complaints.
 Preplan for future maintenance of m/c without interrupting production & dispatch quantity.
 Preparing production report, waste detail, M/c efficiency & ratio detail.
 Daily reporting to department head & plant head.
 Work according to BRC parameters.
 To follow safety standards & operating parameter.
 To follow the ERP (SAP) system.

3. MAINTENANCE
 Maintenance of existing plant & Work with production management to develop and implement plans
for plant.
 Maintenance and schedule maintenance of plant and facilities.
 Inspection & lubrication of equipments.
 Alteration existing and new installation of equipments.
 Scheduling predictive, preventive, breakdown maintenance jobs for equipments, planning
maintenance schedules in the plants.
 Executing maintenance plans/schedules for reducing machinery downtime to minimum and
managing waste / discharges as per norms.
 Handling repair or replacement of faulty equipments and correcting any faults to ensure safety.
 Handling the maintenance of pneumatic system & Hydraulic System.
 Experience in Mechanical Maintenance of continuous process plant.
