recommendation for Kelley Detweiler. I had the privilege of
working with Kelley for several years in my private law practice.
Kelley is outgoing, open-minded, and fiercely determined to
complete given assignments perfectly, on-time and on-topic.
Kelley is the consummate problem-solver in that she will do
whatever it takes to answer a short-term question, as well as
making a special effort to examine all policies and procedures to
find solutions to long-term or institutional difficulties.
For example, Kelley designed and oversaw the implementation of
several data-gathering databases that sought to streamline
frequently required information used within the firm. Kelley
took extra time to instruct the members of the firm on, first,
the need for, and second, the specific usage of the databases and
she frequently checked back to make sure the projects were
meeting the firm’s needs and did not outlive their respective
usefulness.
Kelley was universally respected by every member of the firm,
from secretaries through senior partners and I never witnessed
nor overheard of a time in which Kelley neglected a request for
assistance. She was always courteous and concise with clients,
adversaries, or anyone in between.
I highly recommend Kelley for any position within your
organization, particularly any position that can benefit from her
