and fixed rate on all economies,trading and all necessaryconsumption,and managementsystems for recycling and
regeneration systems to restore and maintain,the basic needs oflife,would increase the value of those on upper
levels of the pyramid financially. Poverty and middle class would be resolved,the conflict of war would be resolved
because people would have equallyall possessions.Conflictwould be based on malicious intentand nottrauma and
survival. The new conflictwould be premeditation sickness to overcome greed.The level of wealth in the sense of
capitalism so to speak would be curved by 20 to 30% but function on 70 to 80% even fixed variable rate between
60% to 80% which is so much better than 1000% over the ground level which is 90% poverty, crime and poor quality
health care, education and other services thatare provided from the lack of resources or should i sayscarcity. The
number is curving the wealth from the wealthy which is anyone over $250,000 assets and equitythat generate above
the base pay of $250,000.Therefore, 20% to 40% off of global wealth to rebuild,regenerate and restructure the
world's economywould increase immortalityrates, sustainabilityrates,increase beautification ofall properties,and
increase the value of people and their interaction with each other. It would increase qualityof services and products
because people are healthyand valued. but that is in a dream like world.But who can stop me from believing in
miracles.And this is a basic model ofmy theory.
