In 1995 Kwality merged with Unilever and created a separate brand
name Kwality Walls. Presently it is a subsidiary company of Hindustan
Unilever and is a major distributor of ice creams. Most of the products
of the brand Kwality Walls are not based on milk but are frozen
desserts with vegetable fats

My own criticism/opinion about the
Information System
I think they need to collect their past and present information. Then they
can analysis it. Compare with current market place and finally they have
to make a plan for future.
They can also make more good quality and analysis their customers
feedbacks. Sometimes they can send gift customer and make discount to
them. They can also make more other method for getting customers

feedbacks and more information. They need to use every moment for
customers. Suppose one customer has diabetics. So, company need to
think about it. Otherwise they can loss some customers. So, they can
make sugar free foods. Every time they need to focus on market places.
What is currently running? Why other company still running their
business? How can they make more better than others? Everything is a
part of analysis and they need to prepare for next market product.
Their company is very nicely running and it’s a very famous company.
So I think they have a lots of enemies too. So they need to be aware
always and save their company from loss.
