● A person who is

aviation and
hospitality industries
must have a good
command over
english as he has to
constantly interact
with guests and
provide them with the
necessary
information and
assistance, at such
moments if he
fumbles it will creat a
negative impact on
the guest's mind
about that person
and even the entire
organization.

PHYSICAL FITNESS
● Working in the aviation and hospitality industries
may include working for long and multiple hours,
a person may even have to work for 12-14 hours
if situation arises. Hence it is very important for a
person to be physially fit to cope up with such
tight schedules and at the same time to put in
their best.

● A person who is working in the aviation and
hospitality industries has to be patient every
time.
● That person may anytime can come across
a person who might be irritated for some
other reasons and may remove all his
frustration on that person who serves him ,
which may unfortunately be you.
At such a time you must know how to deal
with the situation without loosing your
patience and hurting your guest's
sentiments

WELL GROOMED
● A person who is working in the
aviation and hospitality
industries has to make sure
that she is well groomed and
looks presentable at any given
point of time may it be at the
start of the shift or the end of it
because they are the one who
represents the brand she is
working for and creates and
impression of the organization
infront of guest's mind. This is
very important as it helps in
generating future business.

CONFIDENT
● A person who is working in the aviation
and hospitality industries has to be very
confident while dealing with a guest.
He must be able to answer the
questions that a guest may ask and
while answering these questions one
must be clear and understandable

2. PERSONAL GROOMING TREATMENTS
●
Early in the morning I wash my face with cold water.
●
Then I brush my teeth and take bath.
●
After bath, I do toning with rose water, then apply
moisturizer and sunscreen (SPF-50).
●
Whenever I go out , I always apply sunscreen on my
every visible body parts.
●
At the time I come back home , again I do CTM
(cleansing, toning, moisturizing).
●
I do CTM atleast two times a day.
●
I drinks 10-12 glasses of water everyday, which
detoxinate my body and keeps my skin fresh.
●
I prefer those products for my hair which suits them.
●
Before going to bed I brush my teeth , wash my face
with cold water then apply rose water and
moisturizer.
●
I also apply home made face pack once in a weak.

and wrinkles.

That is why I wash my face daily atleast
twice a day and do CTM(cleansing,

HOME MADE FACE
MASK●
Take all seasonal fruits, blend them with honey. Apply it as a mask for
20-30 minutes, then wash your face with lukewarm water.
●
Take 11-12 drops of orange juice with a teaspoon of fresh milk cream,
make a paste apply it on your face for 20 minutes, then wash it with
room temperature water.
●
Take orange peel and curd, blend them. Then use it as a mask for 20
minutes, wash your face with normal water.
●
Grind the carrot extract mix with 1 tbsp honey and apply it to the face.
Let the pack dry for 15 minutes on your face, later you can wash it with
cold water for amazing results.
●
Take one spoon mashed potato paste and 1/2 spoon curd, mix well
and apply on your face for 15 minutes, then wash your face with cold
water.
●
Take tomato paste(1 tomato) and mix 1/2 spoon of lemon peel powder
