2. PERSONAL GROOMING TREATMENTS

Early in the morning I wash my face with cold water.
●
Then I brush my teeth and take bath.
●
After bath, I do toning with rose water, then apply
moisturizer and sunscreen (SPF-50).
●
Whenever I go out , I always apply sunscreen on my
every visible body parts.
●
At the time I come back home , again I do CTM
(cleansing, toning, moisturizing).
●
I do CTM atleast two times a day.
●
I drinks 10-12 glasses of water everyday, which
detoxinate my body and keeps my skin fresh.
●
I prefer those products for my hair which suits them.
●
Before going to bed I brush my teeth , wash my face
with cold water then apply rose water and
moisturizer.

I also apply home made face pack once in a weak.

Take all seasonal fruits, blend them with honey. Apply it as a mask for
20-30 minutes, then wash your face with lukewarm water.

Take 11-12 drops of orange juice with a teaspoon of fresh milk cream,
make a paste apply it on your face for 20 minutes, then wash it with
room temperature water.

Take orange peel and curd, blend them. Then use it as a mask for 20
minutes, wash your face with normal water.

Grind the carrot extract mix with 1 tbsp honey and apply it to the face.
Let the pack dry for 15 minutes on your face, later you can wash it with
