The wonderful results from these techniques have been proven over and over ... </li></ul><ul><li>In our Grooming session I have learnt so many important factors which will helps me to be a better person in respect of external appearance. I giving lot of Thanks to Mrs.Jyothi Thomas under her observation, I am preparing myself… </li></ul><ul><li>Service Industry higher those people who has good ability of external and internal appearance… </li></ul>

    5. 7. Personal Grooming Treatments <ul><li>Care of My skin :- </li></ul><ul><li>I have Normal Skin which have small pores, and no visible acne. so I would treat my skin naturally. The plan which I will follow… </li></ul><ul><li>Daily face wash with anti bacterial face wash. </li></ul><ul><li>Daily routine of Cleansing Toning and Moisturizing. </li></ul>
    6. 8. <ul><li>Can Bath twice in a Day. </li></ul><ul><li>While shaving use of new blade, natural After Shave. </li></ul><ul><li>Apply Raw potatoes on the face & the neck to reduce Darkness and then become lighten. </li></ul><ul><li>Aloe Vera for reducing pimple and wound marks. </li></ul>
    7. 9. Daily Cleansing <ul><li>The critical daily skin care step is Cleansing. It’s removes the dirt and dust that chokes the pores on the skin. </li></ul><ul><li>2-3 times a day -this is adequate for normal skins. </li></ul><ul><li>I do use Dove deep pore cleanser. </li></ul>
    8. 10. Daily Toning <ul><li>Toning the skin helps remove any residual cleanser. A toner also helps natural pH level of skin, leaves your skin clean, clear and ready to hydride toning close the pores, tighten the skin and keep it from being exposed to many of the toxins that are floating in the air or environmental pollutions. </li></ul><ul><li>I do use Herbal skin tonner. </li></ul>
    9. 11. Moisturizing <ul><li>Moisturizing is very effective way to glow the skin and to get clear skin. </li></ul><ul><li>Well Moisturizing skin is soft and supple, reflects a healthy glow and ages less quickly. </li></ul><ul><li>I do use Dove skin Moisturizer. </li></ul>

Benefits of doing Exercise <ul><li>Regular exercise can help protect you from heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, noninsulin-dependent diabetes, obesity, back pain, osteoporosis, and can improve your mood and help you to better manage stress. </li></ul><ul><li>If you have been inactive for a while, you may want to start with less strenuous activities such as walking or swimming at a comfortable pace. Beginning at a slow pace will allow you to become physically fit without straining your body. Once you are in better shape, you can gradually do more strenuous activity. </li></ul>
