I have had the opportunitytoemployKate asbothan AccountsManager and an Office Manager
as the CFO for FocusMedical Consulting,LLC. Kate was bothan exemplaryemployee andleaderduring
hertime withour company. It waswithgreat sadnessthatthe companyfoldedduringatime whenKate
was doingsowell withus. I cannotgive hera higherrecommendation!
Duringher tenure withus,Kate managedouroffice of bothadministrative staff andMedical
Billers,aswell asbeingthe AccountsManagerforall of our largestclients. She wasconsistentlyour
strongestperformingbillerforourhospital accountsinRadiology,aswell asinour Occupational Health
Department. Kate isdiligent,focused,organized,anddetail orientedinherwork. She hasa verystrong
workethic,and hascharacter integrityasa leaderbyexample.
As a leader,Kate placesahigh level of importance on herteambeingsuccessful ratherthanher
ownpersonal gain. I believe herteam’sexcellence wasattributable toherleadershipstyleaswell asher
ownknowledge andcapacitytodo the jobwell. Kate wasalwaysavailable tomyself andthe staff to
explain,meet,orshare whateverskillsandknowledge she hadtomake the Companybetter.
Whenour otherdepartmentsfailed,andouroffice closed,we evenconsideredallowingKate to
workfrom home;continuingtomanage heraccounts. Unfortunately,herBillingCapabilitiesand
AccountManagementsuccesswere notenoughalone againstthe businessexpensesrelatingtokeeping
the companyactive.
I wouldhighlyrecommendKate foranymanagementorbillingpositionthatshe choosesto
pursue,andwouldgladlyhire herforany positionopeninmyfuture endeavorsastheyrelate toMedical
and Administrativemanagement.
