Why is hot yoga so popular?
It’s a great way to break a sweat while also focusing on your
mind and soul. Yoga not only is beneficial physically, but also
insanely beneficial for your psyche and mental well-being. The
vibe at yoga studios or studios in general is to be inclusive to
everyone and as welcoming as possible.

Soul Sweat Hot Yoga
Owned by Melinda & Jayson Nag, Soul
Sweat Hot Yoga opened its doors under
new management in 2016. Formerly
known as Sumits Hot Yoga, the Nags
created Soul Sweat as a great opportunity
to restore and bring to Fort Worth a fresh,
upbeat HOT YOGA studio. Since opening
under the Nags in 2016, SSHY has
acquired multiple awards, including Star-
Telegram's "Best Yoga Studio 2018".
There are many types of yoga that are
offered, but hot yoga is the most saught
after.

Conclusion
After thoroughly breaking down each yoga studio business and
figuring out social media awareness, engagement, etc, I believe
Indigo Yoga has more of a following because of the amount of
time being opened. The engagement and content itself could be
way better and is lacking. Soul Sweat Hot Yoga’s numbers are
lacking, but the engagement and response on their social media
is good. They have more aesthetic content that blends-together
and makes sense unlike Indigo Yoga which has content that’s
random and not very pretty to look at.
