IN ORDER:
Fill guest card for walk-in prospects by
unlocking iPad (Password 9-7-5-3) and
select “Guest Card” app on the home
screen.
If there are only one or two people
touring we should fill out the guest card
for the prospect. Unless they object to
this, take the opportunity to engage and
get used to filling the card out for them.
If there are more people than iPads,
create someone directly on your
computer through iLUV while their
tour-mates fill them out on the iPad.
Get Government-Issued ID for tour and
leave at the front desk!
Give them a GREAT tour and remember
to ask them questions and let them
answer!
Give back ID!
Give them your card and a brochure,
making sure pricing info is written inside.
Ask them which features they liked
most.
