I first met Karthik when lnterviewed at Western New England University. The interview process includes a day-long campus
visit, wherein the faculty candidate interviews individually with the pertinent department and college of engineering personnel

presentation. For my presentation, Karthik was the only student in attendance. I believe that this demonstrates Karthik's

Further, I have also had the opportunity to observe Karthik's work via IEEM 709, Advance Cost Analysis, wherein I find his
involvement in class discussions to be at the top relative to other students, and again at a level that demonstrates an ability to
understand and utilize advanced concepts.
Finally, my interactions with Karthik have demonstrated his readiness to actively and successfully participate in any endeavor
