From concept to rollout, I brought this impactful SM training to activate our community of content creators
and amplify our content, as well as, increase sales and demo bookings.
Produced a 30-min video* training using Adobe Premiere, downloadable guides and resources, and a short
quiz. In partnership with the Learning Manager, we implemented the training in the RISE e-learning
platform to create an interactive experience and scaled it for our English and French affiliates.
I planned our e-mail cadence around the launch of the Training and wrote copy for it including:
Social Media Pre-Assessment Survey (Qualtrics) to gain insights on the level of proficiency of our
Thermomix sales consultants.
Followed by "A Message from our CEO Kai Schäffner: Friendly Reminder to Take the Social Media Survey"
Training Announcement.
