Assisted in the needs analysis, design and development of the Women’s Leadership Institute in addition to
designing and facilitating two sessions within the program. Participated in the evaluation of the pilot and revision of
the program. Was conducted at Raleigh, NC; Endicott, NY; East Fishkill, NY; Poughkipsee, NY; and Burlington,

Designed and facilitated two sessions for the “Women in Technology in the New Millennium” women’s leadership
