2. Monica co-founded LCW with Randall Stieghorst in 2000 with a mission of inspiring
professionals to connect across cultures. With 20+ years of leading
communication, learning, and organizational development projects, Monica brings
a perspective that is rooted in on-the-ground experience in over 40 countries and
in work with dozens more to every LCW client engagement.
Her primary role today is serving as LCW's Master Consultant and Chief
Engagement Leader for clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to world class
universities and the U.S. Peace Corps; she helps them achieve cultural
transformation, develop cultural competence, engage global talent, and better
connect to the local contexts in all the locations where they operate.
Monica's particular expertise is developing global skills, mindsets, and systems for
North Americans to succeed among culturally diverse workplaces, markets, and
project teams. Monica is also a highly sought-after presenter and keynote speaker,
and is regularly invited to share insights on the topic of cultural competence and
global diversity at major professional conferences and university forums.

3. Oana is an innovative and experienced intercultural trainer and
organizational development consultant with a specialization in workforce
development and over 7 years of international development experience
in countries such as Ghana, India, Mexico, Romania, and China.
Oana works with global leaders to offer cross-cultural training solutions
that help organizations develop global acumen while remaining
competitive in a multicultural world. She is a skilled presenter, with
extensive experience in conducting high volume trainings, curriculum
development, and e-learning. Oana is also an expert in leveraging
technology and social media to achieve blended learning outcomes that
go beyond a single classroom experience.
Having spent her early years growing up in Romania, Oana’s own
experience on the difficulty of emigrating to the United States in the late
1980’s fueled her desire to create a strong community that enables
individuals to succeed across cultures.

4. As Learning and Development Manager in Global Diversity & Inclusion, Tim
partners with the employee networks and functional inclusion councils to
provide best in class learning and development while driving winning
performance.
Tim started his career with General Mills in 1991 as a process development
engineer. During his 13 year R&D career at General Mills, Tim worked on
various new product launches and product improvements including
international products. In 2005, Tim transferred to Human Resources as a
Recruiting Manager. Tim led a team that successfully recruited experienced
hires for all corporate functions at the World Headquarters.
He holds a Masters in Psychology from Alfred Adler Graduate School, a
Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison,
and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
He has recently served on the Board of Directors for Headway Emotional
Health Services, a non-profit, mental health services agency. Tim is also past
Chair of the Board for the Domestic Abuse Project (DAP) and former board
member of Cornerstone Advocacy Services.
