luxurious high-end style and fashion to cater every-age group, into Men and Women. R4U Launched soon
own brand EBO’s Franchise Retail outlets and company developed our own E-commerce selling platform
with some unique features and USP of the company.

• 2011- we are start Trading for denim products, for other brand/companies. Company start running a wholesale trade business in June 2011.
• 2013- R4U DENIM FACTORY, company incorporated as READY FOR YOU TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED with aspirations of launching own brand R4U
Denim Factory products.
• 2014- In this year, Company Tie-up with 3 Manufacturing companies and 15+ wholesalers and suppliers in north India for increase company
products sales.
• 2015- In this year, company increase working network more 150+ big and small size whole-seller, suppliers and retailers, but all whole-seller and
supplier working with company as a cash trading.
• 2016- In this year, Company Plan to start online Selling and Wholesale business together, company now start several ecommerce platform and
companies to increase online selling and B2B order increase, in this year company also Open 2 stores 1 is in SHAHPURJAT HAUZ KHAS and 2ND
Store is in SHAHDRA DELHI, But In November 2016 Whole INDIA Business Getting Disturbed, And R4U Company face big financial loss more 5Cr
transaction Failed Payment Stopped and parties cheques and payment commitment dishonored, Within 6 Months mostly wholesalers and
suppliers quiet running business. R4U Company Closed Own Factory based in Sangam Vihar Delhi due to short fund and employee salary reasons.
• 2017- Mid of this year company facing many issues financially, Market disturbed, Employees quiet the company. And Company Mainly invest time
to recover the blocked transaction into the market.
• 2018- In this year, company start new venture of working again, with new business model, and decided to make proper plan to never repeat same
mistake again. Now company to tie-up Manufacturing Partners and other working partner to built a big-network again. Company categorized
whole working format in new ways, but suddenly local government passed rule again this rule mostly disturbed whole-market in retailers and
wholesalers. Company lost owned 2 stores 5 Manufacturing Partners and 1 Printing Partner, after all company closed our PVT LTD. Company also
due to Non-Maintaince and update all expense, as per as company Requirement.
• 2019- In this year, company and working team plan to start again our working model, Now company registered as a Sole-Proprietor Mr. KARAN
SINGH to create and motive tie-up team again for new model of R4U, into franchise partner, Manufacturing Partner, and tie-up/onboard some
other partner, who interested to join our mission, surprisingly company received brand registration R4U DENIM FACTORY Applying but received
R4U as a officially brand. Now currently signed 10+ Manufacturing Partners, 1 Digital Partner, 1 Shipping Partner, 1 Advertisement Partner, 1
Printing Partner as a R4U Family.
