My Training topic : Real Estate Investment and
Finance
I have choosen this topic because:
1) Real Estate professionals are in demand.
2) Get the know –how and the legal protection you need
3) Help people find their forever homes
4) Never get bored , never stop learning something new

Introduction
Real estate investing in a complex topic for many reasons.
Real estate is a large investment, often requiring a
significant part of an and individual’s asset portfolio. Real
estate investing often requires financing which increases the
complexity. The reason for purchasing real estate varies
greatly form person to person, some looking for a long-term
home, others looking primarily for an investment, most
wanting some mixture of both. Regulations also play a
significant role in real estate investing decisions.

Conclusions
When you are investing in tangibles (as opposed to stocks
and bonds), you are looking towards both reward and
enjoyment. Real estate investing has been the most
popular. Income producing properties such as multi-family
units, retail and office buildings provide not only current
income in the form of rental income but also tax savings
and capital appreciation. Leverage plays a significant role
in real estate investing, which magnifies risk and return.
You should be careful about the pitfalls of high leveraged
investing.
