Marketing at SPACE 4 YOU would be of crux importance, an interactive website,
google ads, sponsorships, digital keywords, GMP etc would be created. Time and Time
new strategies will be formed to overcome competitors and to maintain the loyalty of our
customers.
FINANCE:
Each member of the team will invest 2,00,000 rupees from personal savings and for
remaining amount we are looking for investors. Considering the growing future of co-
working space, revenues are expected to pick up once the project is launched.
RISKS:
 Cyber Security
Working in an open space and sharing WiFi with dozens of other businesses is a
data breach waiting to happen. Given that WiFi connection is one of the most
important services we are offering, it makes sense to value and protect the security
of not just our own business’ data, but that of our clients as well. After all, our

Understand that we can’t control what all our clients do — but we can do our best
to prevent unwelcome actions from happening in our coworking space, such as
theft. In an environment where many different types of businesses work and there
is a constant stream of people coming in and out of the space, the risk of theft in a
coworking space is higher than that of a traditional office.

Space 4 You is a business services provision model that involves individuals working
independently or collaboratively in shared office space. The typical user of a coworking
facility is self-employed, a telecommuter, or a freelance worker.
OUR PLAN
 SPACE 4 YOU at GhodDod Road Surat, spread across two floors, with 1500-
1800sq.ft.
 First Floor consists of Hot desks and Dedicated desks (20 seater), with a café/kitchen,
washroom facility& Conference room (10 seater)
 Second Floor consists of 3 Private Cabins, one with a sitting space of 4 seater& other
two for 6-8 seater. Also one room called ― The Hub Club‖ for artists.
 The backside of the space is used as Smoking Zone.

SHAILI MAHANT - CEO & FOUNDER
A student pursuing Masters of Business Administration. She has Completed her BBA in
Human Resource from B.R.C.M College of Business Administration. She will be
responsible for managing a company's overall operations which includes delegating and
directing agendas, driving profitability, managing company’s organizational structure,
strategy, and communicating with the board. Creating and implementing the company or
organization's vision and mission.
KAJAL GUPTA - PRESIDENT
Born and brought up in Surat, Gujarat. Completed her BBA in Finance from SDJ
international college and is now pursuing MBA in Finance from SR Luthra Institute of
management. An ingenious personality looking to obtain a challenging position,
bringing exceptional ability to analyse and solve problems as they arise.
HETVI KOTECHA - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
A student pursuing an MBA. Completed her BBA in finance from DRB & BCP BBA
college. She has done Internship and Projects in the Financial field. Due to which She
has knowledge about various financial instruments. She will be working upon the
financial aspects of the company that is to see how the funds are being optimally used to
gain profits. She will be involved in the development of a financial and operational
strategy.

A student who is currently pursuing MBA, holds a bachelors degree in field on

marketable business related idea, has deep interest in fields of digital marketing.
MILI MISTRY - CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
A student pursuing an MBA. She has Completed her BBA in Finance from Vivekananda
college. She will be leading the development of the company's short- and long-term
strategy. She will communicate strategy to people throughout the organization and help
them to see how their work supports it. She will be taking initiatives needed to carry out
strategy. And take the decisions at all levels align with strategic objectives.

DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY
 Display Advertising
It gives the prospective customer greater insight into what we are offering, through
the advertisement contains visual, audio and video elements. We have use logos,
animations, videos and photographs which will also give the potential customer
some visual relief from just a textual advertising message and pique their interest in
what we want to say.
 Display Keywords
Another form of Display Advertising will consist of our listing down keywords
related to our business and Google will show our ads on sites that will be relevant to
the chosen keywords. This is a more reliable method to reach out to our target
market effectively.
 Facebook Ads
Facebook allows us to promote our business to specific audiences, gathering quick
responses from them. Increasing the number of likes and shares by people and
generating a greater community. This also increases traffic to our website.

1. Creating Website
We will create professional website for our co-working space. Even though customers
can walk into our place but our site is a representation of our brand and usually a
customer’s first impression of our workspace.
The impact of our website will be a part of our sales strategy for our co-working space.
As First impressions is everything!
2. Social Proof & Reputation Management
It is important for us to gain social proof of our concept. This means that asking users
to rate our space on Google, Social media, like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
Social proof is a powerful phenomenon because potential leads will see our space
working for like-minded people, thus they will be more likely to try out our space.
It will also shows that we truly care about our concept and our customers.

Social media is a great way to get in touch with our target customers.

area.

 By Organizing new member orientation days so members can meet and introduce
themselves.
 Connect members who can work collaboratively with one another or enhance one
another’s business.
 Create a services board where members can be free to post about what they are
looking for and other members can answer.
 Bring in industry influencers who can teach workshops and spread valuable
