To Whom It May Concern,
This semester Kahlia Chehade served as an intern at West Michigan Tourist Association. I was her
supervisor for the semester and I can affirm we were genuinely impressed with Kahlia and our experience
with her.
Kahlia was willing to do whatever she was asked to do for WMTA—nothing was too mundane or too
complicated. She worked very well with our team, and our employees enjoyed working with her and
getting to know her.
Kahlia is a learner, eager to take on new challenges, and was proactive in pursuing the multiple projects
given to her, including customer service, website upkeep, and research. She did an excellent job with each,
and required minimal coaching. She is a self-starter and thorough.
I found in Kahlia the qualities we look for in employees. She is teachable, adaptable, dependable, and
capable. It didn’t take long for Kahlia to gain my trust and the trust of our team. Furthermore, she knows
how to work alone and with a team. She did an excellent job maintaining a professional work ethic and
self motivation in our largely office-less work environment.
