From the start, I foundherto be a verydedicatedandmotivedteammemberwithaclearpassion
for learningmore andchallengingherself. She tookanactive interestinunderstandingour
processesandproceduresandisa veryquicklearner. Alongwiththis,she broughtafreshpairof
eyestomy teamand had manythoughtsand suggestionsaboutimprovingworkprocesses.
She tookgreat pride inherwork ona dailybasisandwas verythoroughwiththe various
responsibilitiesshe had. Inthe 7 monthsthat she workedonthe team,she continuallyimplemented
and improvedanorganisational structure andtraining,which will now be inplace forfuture staff
coveringthatrole and has alreadyprovedareal success.
In additiontothis,Laura washugelypopularwithall hercolleaguesandmanagement. She was
alwaysapproachable,helpfulandwillingtoassistwhere needed.
On a personal level,Iwouldliketosaythat it wasan absolute pleasure tohave metLaurain the
workingenvironmentthatwe did. She made mylife inmanagementconsiderablyeasier,asI knewI
couldrelyon herto assistme whenneeded.
I stronglyrecommendLauraas a great assetto anyteam movingforward andI know that she will
continue tomove upwardsin the businessworld. She hasareal passion,drive andforwardthinking
