o Many data series, better use table or classify/group data
o Always put a Title
- Pie Graph Title: “Percentage Distribution of ________”
- Bar graph title: “Comparative Presentation of ________”
- Line graph Title: “Trend of ______ for the last three years” of “ _______ trend
for the last three years”
o Always put an analysis/description
o Percentage distributions – use pie graph (causes of drop out, sources of fund)
o Comparative presentation – use bar graph (enrolment/dropout, etc. for the last
three years)
o Trends across a given period – use line graph (enrolment/dropout, etc. for the last
3 years)
Other important things to consider:
o In formulating objectives, always consider the important elements:
action to take (e.g. to reduce/to increase) baseline (e.g from_____)
target (e.g to___) and the period it is expected to be accomplished
(e.g by 2022) but it should always be SMART.
o Root causes – the reason/s why a particular problem/gap exist
o The numbering of your graphs, tables, figures, and illustrations
continues up to the last part
o Review your budget allocation per project if it will coincide with the
duration/period implementation.

school going age population of the barangay where the school is situated is ___.

Due to the implementation of different interventions to zero dropout, the
school had maintained its record of zero dropout for SY 2019-2020. The
