What, (topic): Poverty
How :( activity)
Learner will have to investigate about poverty, this includes going out to different
resources to help you understand more about poverty.
Conducts a research about poverty, any findings relating to poverty are acceptable.
When:
The research can be conduct during or after school hours. This is an extensive
research meaning you have to go and investigate from different sources or conduct
any interview.
And why did I learn?:
How people living under the trying conditions such as not being able to eat every day
or eat a proper meal.
How people are able to survive living under with only social grant the state provides.
The government tries to assist by providing social grants but it’s not enough in some
cases. For example you could find that the whole family has to survive with the social
grant the grandmother receives every month end.

Conduct my own original research and also wrote a report about the effects of
poverty in our community
