• Choithram college of nursing was
established in 1982 with three years
diploma in nursing (GNM)program and in
the year 1996, collegiate program of B. Sc
nursing was started. Master’s program in
nursing was initiated in 2005.
• College has got Certificate of Accreditation from
National Assessment and Accreditation
Council in 2017.

Ms. Rakhi Chandal . She oriented us
about hospital . Then we met Ms.
Margaret Gowrinath director of nursing
services in CH . She told us about various
policies and protocols used in CH for
patient care.
• Then we Met , Ms. Divya , Nursing
educator in CH . She told us various
records maintained in Human resource
management office in CH. She gave us
brief introduction about recruitment
procedure in CH.
• Then they show us a prospectus of
Choithram hospital which includes history ,
management , policies , protocols used in
CH.

There was an event organized by govt. of Madhya
Pradesh and Choithram college of nursing
collaboratively from January 2019 , to march 2019.
We attended the last camp of this event which was
organized from 5th

in auditorium of Choithram college of nursing ,

• It was initiated in August 2016 with main
objective to provide mothers the right to
choose the way in which they would like to
give birth to their child. This centre is run
