PRINCE2 was launched in 1996 and has since become the most widely used project management method
worldwide (more than 1 mln certified professionals identified at the beginning of 2013). Its use extends beyond
Governments and Institutions as it has been adopted by the private sector. PRINCE2 has also moved beyond its
IT origin and is used for R&D projects, product development projects, marketing projects, business transforma-
tion projects and many more. PRINCE2 is a public domain method which means organizations do not have to
pay a license fee to use PRINCE2.

sustain progress. Portfolio management has come to the fore as organizations have become increasingly aware
that delivery is only half the battle. Just as important is whether or not the change initiatives are the ‘right’ ones
and whether the potential return on investment is achieved. MoP is a set of guidance helping you understanding

ABOUT P3O®
“I followed the P3O
training course provided
by QRP and found exactly
what I was looking after since
almost 2 years. This training is a
perfect complement to PRINCE2 and
MSP when you start thinking about
establishing a permanent office dealing
with strategy and transformation. It has
provided me the missing part of the Project
Programme and Portfolio Management
puzzle and a very good methodology to start
engaging with my Senior Management”
Patrick,
Head Portfolio and Programme Office
Sector: International Organization
A P3O model will equip an organization with the structures, tools and techniques it needs to ensure it has the right
programmes and projects in place and ensures consistent delivery of programmes and projects across the organi-
sation. P3O was launched in 2008 and is the latest guidance published about portfolio, programme and project
management. It covers the set up and running of support offices for all levels of change within an organization.
It offers advice to organizations about current Best Practice thinking on what previously has been referred to as
PSO (Programme or Project Support Office) or PMO (Programme or Project Management Office). P3O is a public
domain methodology which means organizations do not have to pay a license fee to use P3O.
• In house courses: those trainings are also held in-house, allowing us to adapt training program and duration
to your organizational needs
• Customised Case Study: It is proposed that in collaboration with a key Project Manager of the client, a unique
case study is developed based on the client’s work practice. This case study will form the basis of the exercises
during the course
• P3O Overview Course - 1 day maximum: This one day event provides an introduction to the P3O guidance in
order to explain to the project stakeholders the value of using P3O

CHANGEMANAGEMENT
ABOUT CHANGE MANAGEMENT™
Dealing with change and more importantly, the impact of change is a high
priority for all organizations. The Change Management Certification has been
developed by APMG in partnership with the Change Management Institute
(CMI), an independent, global professional association of change managers.
Together they have developed a professional ‘body of knowledge’ for the discipline of Change Management. This
body of knowledge now provides an independent benchmark for the professional knowledge expected of an ef-
fective change manager.
APMG’s refreshed Change Management certification is fully aligned with the change management body of knowl-
edge. The new syllabus samples a wide range of knowledge regarding the theory and practice of change manage-
ment including:
• Change and the individual;
• Change and the organization;
• Communication and stakeholder engagement;
• Change practice.
Certification Path
The Foundation exam must have been passed before attending the Practitioner one.
