PERSONAL PRESENTATION
BACKGROUND
I am a 30 year old female who is outgoing with a positive attitude on life. My field of study is
Travel and Tourism Management in which I have been given various opportunities to
practice in.
I attended Broward Community College (BCC) which is located in Fort- Lauderdale Florida,
majoring in Travel and Tourism management. After graduation in 2002, I joined Florida
International University (FIU) to further my education in the same major.
While attending BCC and FIU, I worked with different tourism companies which were very
interesting, education and I gained a lot of knowledge and experience which has prepared
me for the growing tourism industry.
PERSONAL QUALITIES
I am a very ambitious, positive, focused, goal oriented and hardworking individual. I get
along well with my co-workers and love challenges. I look at a change as another way to
enhance ones creativity, knowledge and experience. During stressful situations, I work
effectively without any problem and always complete my tasks within the given timeframe.
I am a very responsible person and work great with either a team or independently. I have
come to realize that the customer is always right. I do not have any problem with solving
customers’ problems. The best and easiest way is to put myself in the customer’s situation,
listen, pay attention and then act accordingly. In addition, I believe that there is a solution to
every situation.
I am perceived as a trustworthy, energetic, and flexible person who always has a smile on
her face. One of my principles that I live by is to always give 100 % when doing something.
I love being part of providing customers with memorable experiences while giving a positive
impression of myself and the company that I am representing.
INTERESTS
My family means the world to me and I love spending my spare time with them as well as
my friends.
I love travelling to new, amazing places and seeing the different parts of the world.

My passion is to work in the tourism industry and learn everything that there is to know to
