Hathaway company, we enjoy the support of the world’s largest private aviation infrastructure to provide you with

you choose EJM, you enjoy the peace of mind that comes from flying with the largest and most experienced jet
charter operator in the world.
AN INTRODUCTION TO PRIVATE JET TRAVEL OPTIONS
Chartering an aircraft remains one of the most flexible and straightforward methods of enjoying the freedom and
ease of private aviation. Executive Jet Management (EJM) developed this Private Jet Charter Handbook to help
answer your questions about this extremely popular private flying option.
OUR STORY
PRIVATE JET CHARTER OPTIONS
Chartering a private jet allows you to fly anytime, anywhere, on any of the aircraft you prefer. For each individual
trip you book, you can choose from any specific aircraft type or aircraft cabin size we offer. And, once you book
your trip, your quoted price is guaranteed. You are not responsible for any additional costs if the actual flying time
exceeds the quoted amount!
At Executive Jet Management, our fully-customizable charter programs allow every trip to be tailored to meet your
exact travel needs.
Flat-Rate Charter
EJM’s Flat-Rate Charter program lets you enjoy the ultimate way to manage your flying needs with a consistent,
pre-paid pricing model and without repositioning or ferry costs. You only pay for the time you are in the aircraft.
One simple, refundable deposit will give you access to any of the five aircraft cabin sizes we offer. Each aircraft
size is given a consistent, flat rate, and costs are debited from your deposit after each trip. Flat-Rate Charter
represents the most competitive program pricing available, delivering the best combination of value and access
to our clients.
Cabin-Class Charter
EJM’s Cabin-Class Charter program provides a fast, easy process to book charter. Just provide your itinerary
and preferred aircraft size and EJM will book your flight. You can choose from any of the five aircraft cabin sizes
we offer, each of which is given a set hourly rate. Cabin-Class Charter was developed for clients who require a
simplified booking process and consistent pricing model without being tied down to specific aircraft availability.
On-Demand Charter
With EJM’s On-Demand Charter program, you have the choice to charter any aircraft in the EJM or approved
vendor fleet in any cabin size or aircraft type you prefer. Each trip is individually priced based on available aircraft
and you simply pay-as-you-go. There is no commitment and your use is literally on demand.
Block Charter
With EJM’s Block Charter program, our most frequent flying Charter Clients are rewarded with a discount on every
flight they take. Payments are pay-as-you-go, but at a discounted rate. To take advantage of EJM’s Block Charter
pricing, you must commit to fly over 50 hours per year with EJM.

JET COMPARISON GUIDE
Midsize Cabin Jets
Midsize cabin jets are designed to comfortably accommodate six to eight passengers with
adequate baggage space. They are ideal for trips within the U.S. and can fly to many U.S.
locations nonstop. Their maximum travel range is up to five hours flight time or 2,200 miles in
optimal conditions. All midsize cabin jets include an enclosed lavatory and generally have a
small galley. They also feature a more comfortable interior arrangement and a taller cabin than
the small cabin jet. They typically do not include a flight attendant.
Super Midsize Cabin Jets
Super midsize cabin jets are designed to comfortably accommodate eight to nine passengers
with generous baggage space. Ideal for longer trips including domestic and transatlantic travel.
Their maximum travel range is up to seven hours flight time or 3,500 miles in optimal conditions.
All super midsize cabin jets include an enclosed lavatory and typically have a full galley with
room for preparing and serving food and drinks. They also have generous standing and walking
room compared to small and midsize cabin jets. Some will include a flight attendant.
Large and Heavy Cabin Jets
Large and heavy cabin jets are designed to comfortably accommodate 8 to 16 passengers
with substantial baggage space. These jets are ideal for international, nonstop transoceanic
travel with a maximum travel range of up to 12 hours flight time or 6,000 miles for the largest
jets. All large and heavy cabin jets include an enclosed lavatory and a fully-equipped galley
with room for preparing and serving food and drinks. They also have the largest interiors and
include sleeping accommodations for smaller groups. All flights have a flight attendant on board.
Helicopters
Helicopters are are designed to accommodate up to eight passengers and are ideal for short
transport flights and avoiding automobile travel and traffic.
Small Cabin Jets
Small cabin jets are designed to comfortably accommodate six to seven passengers with modest
baggage space. They are perfect for shorter trips where your destination is up to three hours
flight time or 1,400 miles away, in optimal conditions. Some small cabin jets include an enclosed
lavatory. None have a galley or include a flight attendant. Small cabin jets are considered to be
the most cost effective choice.

Executive Jet Management continually strives
to provide a simple, easy, and personalized
charter booking process. Your EJM charter
experience begins when you contact us to
discuss your travel needs and continues
after you arrive at your destination. One
phone call places you in the hands of one of
our experienced charter experts, available
24/7/365, who will proactively manage and
cater to every aspect of your unique itinerary.
THREE-STEP CHARTER BOOKING PROCESS
Here’s How it Works:
• Charter your flight with as
few as four hours notice (and
sometimes less).
• Fly on your own schedule, with
your exact preferences, even to
multiple destinations in one day.
• With up-close parking, arrive just
minutes before your departure
and avoid long lines, crowds,
and security checks.
• Relax onboard with first-class
accommodations and service.
• Choose the exact meals and
beverages you would like on
your flight so that a gourmet
dining experience awaits you.
• Make your trip as productive as
you choose, in complete privacy
and security.
• Fly into the most convenient
airport to your final destination,
significantly reducing ground
transportation time and cost.
Private aircraft have access to
5,500 airports across the U.S.
whereas commercial flights have
access to fewer than 600.
• Avoid cancelled flights, missed
connections, or layovers.
The Value of
Private Air Travel
1 Contact one of our charter experts with your itinerary.
Contact us at 877-356-5387 and we’ll work with you to determine the best aircraft
for your specific trip’s needs.
2 Review your guaranteed quote.
You will receive a detailed, guaranteed quote including all fees and taxes. Your
written quote reflects the best-sized, best-priced aircraft for your trip. There are
no hidden fees or charges and no obligation to book the flight. Once you book
your trip, your quoted price is guaranteed. If the actual flying time exceeds the
quoted amount, you are not responsible for the additional cost, we are!
3 Book your trip!
Once you book your flight, we’ll guide you through ordering optional amenities
such as onboard gourmet catering, chauffeured ground transportation, or any
other special request. If anything should change, simply contact your Charter
Services Representative and we’ll take care of it. Payment can be made in
advance, or we can invoice you after the trip.
Executive Jet Management’s award-winning commitment to superior,
personalized customer service ensures that your entire charter experience,

All large and heavy cabin jets include an enclosed lavatory and a fully-equipped galley with room for preparing and serving food and drinks. They also have the largest interiors and include sleeping accommodations for smaller groups. All flights have a flight attendant on board. Helicopters Helicopters are are designed to accommodate up to eight passengers and are ideal for short transport flights and avoiding automobile travel and traffic.
